华为反驳美国新337调查：将积极应诉

　　面对美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)发动的新一轮"337调查"，卷入其中的两家大陆公司纷纷表示将积极应诉。继中兴表态之后，昨日华为也就此作出回应称："我们认为InterDigital的申诉是没有依据的，华为会积极应诉。"
　　1月31日，ITC宣布将对华为、中兴、三星和诺基亚等公司的3G和4G无线设备发起"337调查"，以确定这些产品是否侵犯美国公司的专利权。所涉及的产品包括移动电话、蜂窝电脑卡、笔记本电脑以及具有蜂窝功能的网络设备。此前中兴通讯回应称，已关注到此项调查并将基于公平合理的原则积极应诉。
　　据了解，此次"337调查"的始作俑者是美国无线厂商InterDigital，今年1月初该公司向ITC递交诉状，指控上述厂商侵犯其一项关于手机的最新技术专利。不过这种指控得到了众人的反驳。华为表示，公司一贯尊重他人的知识产权，并积极保护自己的知识产权，多年来一直以开放的心态，按照国际知识产权规则来解决专利问题。华为在无线领域拥有大量的核心专利。中兴也强调公司拥有大量的国际专利。
