　　尽管离春节还有一周左右时间，但快递又如同往年一样准时进入"半歇业"状态：超半数以上的员工放假，少数几个省份可以派送，其他省份拒绝收件，甚至价格也将出现数倍涨幅。业内人士认为，这或与快递行业平时恶性竞争过于严重有关。
　　快递半歇业"网购族"很受伤
　　昨日，记者致电白云区申通快递，客服告诉南方日报记者，"现在大部分省份已经不收件了，收件主要集中在像江苏、浙江、福建、河南等少数省份"。同时，该申通客服告诉记者，过了大年廿九该网点将不再收件，一直将持续到年后初八。据广州某快递公司海珠区一位姓王的负责人告诉记者，"目前公司快递还算在运作，但偏远省份的件基本不接收了"，公司大概有五六成快递员已经放假。
　　说起"半停运"的原因，王先生表示，过年期间的快件量实在太少了，大概连平时的1/5还不到，如果不给员工放假，谁都亏不起这个钱，按其公司总部规定，2月6日至17日期间停运。做了五六年快递员的王先生告诉记者，快递员很辛苦，一年到头都没有休息，他们绝大多数来自内地省份，好不容易碰到春节，都想提前回家。
　　据了解，目前除EMS、顺丰外，国内绝大多数快递公司都出现"半歇业"状态，而要到恢复足够运力发货的时间多定在农历正月十二之后，这让网购一族很受伤。最近淘宝很多网店陆续在首页贴出"春节放假通知"，甚至还有网店干脆声明表示"放假期间不接单"。
　　价格涨三倍≠快件即时抵达
　　快递价格也将出现水涨船高的现象，多家快递已明确表示春节期间的价格也"上调"，至于涨幅则各不相同，最高甚至达到平时价格3倍以上。
　　记者致电顺丰客服，据介绍，顺丰在2月9日至2月15日春节期间将"不打烊"，但国内快件每单加收10元手续费，到香港的快件每单加收15元手续费，尽管如此，春节期间顺丰也还是"不承诺派件时效"。
　　对于快递涨价的原因，上述某快递公司负责人王先生表示，春节期间是要给员工3倍的工资，否则没有人愿意留下来干活。此外，加上春节期间其它商品的涨价效应，快递价格上涨也是不得已而为之。
　　价格上涨了是否能提供正常的服务呢？一位专门做年货生意的网店店主表示，"不可能。对于很多快递网点来说，即使涨了价也不能保证及时发货，甚至有的会拖到年后十二三才能送到。"
　　按照国家邮政局的要求，快递公司必须在春节期间保证相应服务，并且要向社会公布其营业网点服务安排。王先生告诉记者，目前快递之所以会出现这种现象，主要与国内快递平时过于恶性竞争、价格战打得太狠有关。就平时而言，除了顺丰这样的巨头，其它快递公司基本只能靠互相压价、以"量"取胜。一旦到了假期，别说是员工，就是老板的积极性也不高，从而造成快递"爆仓"、"半歇业"现象的集中爆发。南方日报记者 彭国华
