中兴通讯13亿元出售中兴力维81%股权

　　新浪科技讯 12月28日晚间消息，中兴通讯今日在深交所发布公告称，董事会已同意向基宇投资出售中兴力维81%股权，交易价格12.92亿元，其中所售股份65%来自中兴通讯，价值10.37亿元，16%来自中兴香港，价值2.55亿元。
　　中兴通讯称，出售中兴力维股权有利于集中力量，专注主业，符合本公司战略发展需要。本次中兴力维81%股权出售将增加中兴通讯2013年投资收益人民币8.2亿元-8.8亿元之间。(林临)
