人人宣布继续股票回购计划 上限4820万美元

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间12月26日晚间消息，人人公司(NYSE：RENN)今日宣布，董事会已授权公司可在2013年1月1日至2013年12月31之间继续执行2011年9月29日生效的股票回购计划，金额上限为4820万美元。
　　根据美国证监会法案，人人公司可按股市公开交易价或其它法律允许的方式回购公司股票。人人公司董事会将会定期评估该股票回购计划的合理性，并根据市场的变化对回购计划的金额、条款等进行相应的调整。人人公司计划利用手中的现金进行股票回购交易。
　　在去年授权的1.5亿美金的原回购计划中，人人公司已回购了2420万股美国存托股，总价值1.018亿美元。(林临)
