中兴通讯完成出售刚中电信51%股份交易

　　新浪科技讯 12月28日晚间消息，中兴通讯今日在港交所发布公告称，公司出售刚中电信51%股份的交易已于北京时间2011年10月21日完成股权交割。
　　2012年12月27日，中兴通讯与Pan Communication Investments、Atlas International Investments签订股权转让协议，确定此次出售刚中电信51%股权的最终交易价格为100万美元。(林临)
