网龙考虑分拆无线事业部在港交所创业板上市

　　新浪科技讯 12月28日晚间消息，网龙今日在港交所发布公告称，公司董事会正考虑建议分拆无线事业部在港交所创业板独立上市可行性。
　　公告称，建议分拆需港交所批准及董事会最终决定后方可作实。
　　网龙2012年第三季度营收2.901亿元， 环比增长11.7%，同比增长43.8%；净利润1.176亿元，环比增长71.2%，同比增长133.4%。
　　数据显示，网龙旗下应用分发平台"91助手"的累计用户数达1.27亿，"安卓市场"的累计用户数超过4800万。91无线两大分发平台共上线应用数量超过70万，累计下载量超过95亿次。"91移动开放平台"共上线逾300款手游，目前注册总用户数超过900万。(林临)
