微软今天在官方博客中友情提示，如果你近期购买了全新的Windows 7 PC，那么只需98元（14.99美元）就能升级到Windows 8专业版。如果你在2012年6月2日至2013年1月31日期间购买带有有效Windows 7 OEM真品证书和产品密钥的新电脑，那么还可以再额外享受Windows Upgrade Offer升级优惠，只需98元就可升级至Windows 8专业版。
具备以上资格的用户可以到Windows升级优惠页面注册并获取优惠，微软审核通过后就会以邮件形式向用户发送促销码，在系统升级中，填写促销码，就可以以98元的优惠价升级至Windows 8专业版。
另外提醒大家，注册并申请促销码的截止日期为2013年2月28日，之后将无法再获取促销码。
