iPhone 5和mini被控诉侵犯4G专利

据外媒报道，美国特拉华州一家名为Adaptix的公司日前将苹果告上法庭，称苹果侵犯了他们的4G专利。此前苹果已经收购了北电等公司的专利，目的就是防止自己身陷4G专利诉讼。去年12月份，Wi-LAN也曾经因为LTE技术的问题将苹果告上法庭。而在本次的诉讼案中，苹果iPhone 5和iPadm ini不幸都中木仓了。

Adaptix在文件中表示，苹果的iPhone 5和iPad mini直接侵犯了他们的专利7,454,212和专利6,947,748，但是为何10英寸LTE iPad没有成为涉案设备，现在还不清楚。这起诉讼已经编入美国德州东部地区法院档内，但是负责的法官还没有安排。
2012年一月Adaptix被Acacia Research Corporation收购，同月外媒TechCrunch就委婉地指出这家公司其实是专利流氓。此前已经有数据报告表示，在2012年12月立档的专利诉讼中，61%的专利诉讼均有专利流氓之嫌。
