中移动4G网络浙江率先试商用 杭州温州放号

新浪科技讯 2月2日消息，中国移动浙江公司今日正式对外宣布，在杭州、温州推出4G业务全面试商用，同时在宁波启动4G体验活动。用户只需交纳500元押金即可使用价值上千元的4G终端，用满1年退还250元押金。
此前，中国移动总裁李跃曾在多个场合明确表示，2013年移动4G网络有望进入商用元年。随着该消息的传出，4G试商用终于拉开了序幕，浙江成为全国4G业务市场化的首个省份。
据悉，浙江移动4G网络试商用后，杭州、温州、宁波的4G用户可以在三个城市之间实现轻松漫游上网。也就是说，如果你是一个杭州的4G用户，当你出差到温州、宁波两地时，你同样可以通过使用4G上网伴侣联上网络，并享受同一流量资费标准。
杭州用户还可以通过4G终端自由切换选择3G/4G网络，当用户在4G网络覆盖区时，终端会优先选用速度更快的4G网络，而当在个别没有覆盖的郊区区域时，终端便会选择3G网络无线上网。
从目前杭州的4G网络实测速度来看，其下载速度最高可超过100Mbps，是目前3G上网速度的数十倍。
据介绍，杭州、温州两地启动4G业务试商用之后，用户可前往移动营业厅办理4G套餐，只需交纳500元押金即可使用价值上千元的4G终端，用满1年退还250元押金，用满2年退还全部押金。试商用后，4G流量资费为包月套餐形式，套餐内包含一定数量的浙江省内的上网流量。当月使用流量超出这一数量时，4G终端会限速至128Kbps(到次月首日自动恢复)。
另外，温州用户可前往移动营业厅申请免费体验4G三个月，交纳500元押金并承诺使用至少六个月(含申请日当月)，前三月每月免费使用10G省内上网流量。从第四个月开始，按4G套餐标准计费。到期后，用户到移动营业厅交还4G终端即可退还押金。(康钊)
