维络城的业务主打线下
　　新浪科技讯 2月1日上午消息，据消息人士透露，优惠信息服务商维络城已收购团购网站嘀嗒团。目前双方已签署收购协议，并且嘀嗒团股份已全部转化成维络城股份。维络城或通过此次收购，借嘀嗒团补充其线上业务短板。
　　维络城创办于2006年，总部位于上海，是一家优惠信息线下终端运营商。维络城的商业模式是在线下部署优惠券终端，用户可在这些终端上获取优惠券信息，维络城向商家收取广告费。目前，维络城的用户数超500万，此前曾获得三轮融资。
　　嘀嗒团于2010年成立，总部位于北京，创始人为谷歌前中国区销售总经理宋中杰。嘀嗒团曾经获得IDG资本的A轮投资。根据官方提供的数据，公司目前注册用户数约1000万，财务上已"接近盈利点"。团购导航网站团800的数据显示，去年12月，嘀嗒团的用户覆盖数在国内团购网站中排名第8。
　　据消息人士透露，维络城已正式收购"嘀嗒团"。据悉，两家公司已经签订收购协议，嘀嗒团的股份也已转化成维络城股份。目前尚不清楚收购价格。
　　从两家公司的业务上看，维络城布局线下，嘀嗒团卡位线上。维络城此次收购，或许是希望借嘀嗒团补充其线上业务的空白。
　　维络城和嘀嗒团暂未对此事置评。(李云)
