苹果获得了iOS中滑动解锁界面的设计专利
新浪科技讯 北京时间2月6日下午消息，苹果周二获得了iOS中滑动解锁界面以及第一代iPhone的设计专利。
美国专利商标局批准了苹果编号D675639的专利申请，这项专利关于"显示屏或其中一部分图形界面的装饰性设计"，其中包括自2007年iPhone推出以来iOS设备显示屏中常见的滑动解锁条。
滑动解锁目前已成为智能手机的一个标准配置。苹果于2011年获得了该功能的专利，并已就这一专利的侵权问题起诉三星和摩托罗拉移动。
苹果编号为D675612的专利申请同时也获得了批准，这项专利关于"电子设备的装饰性设计"，主要为iPhone所采用的圆角矩形设计。这一设计是苹果起诉三星专利侵权的关键。
美国国际贸易委员会一名法官去年10月判决，三星侵犯了苹果的iPhone设计专利，主要涉及智能手机外观。这一判决目前仍在评估之中，最终决定将于下月做出。(维金)
