微软:2020年因特网用户将突破40亿 监管难度提升

微软最近发布报告称到2020年，全球互联网用户数量将突破40亿，中国，印度和非洲大陆在未来7年里，互联网用户数量将大幅增长。这种变化带来了更多更复杂的网络安全威胁，世界各地的政府需要比以往任何时候都要更广泛地衡量全球网络安全政策，包括技术、教育、执法等方方面面。
微软还表示，有着较低数量恶意软件感染率的国家与其国民生活状况有着惊人的关联，这些国家相对保健率较高，政府更稳定且宽带互联网普及率更高。
相反恶意软件感染率较高的国家其民众识字率较低，犯罪率和盗版率都来得更高。
