麦格理资本抛售智联套现退出 Seek增持至72%

新浪科技讯 2月6日下午消息，澳大利亚证券交易所的文件显示，智联招聘股东之一麦格理资本已在今年一月抛售所持的全部智联招聘股份。智联第一大股东Seek接手了这部分股票。Seek此轮增持花费1.05亿美元，所持智联股份比例由原来的55.5%上升至72.3%。
Seek是澳大利亚在线招聘公司，2006年曾注资2000万美元进入智联。此后通过继续注资而将持股比例增加至55.5%。根据此前的报道，麦格理资本于2008年出资约6000万美元进入智联，持有智联约30%的股份。
澳大利亚证券所的文件显示，智联第一大股东Seek在今年1月增持了智联招聘16.8%的股份。这些股份主要来自麦格理资本，此外还包括一部分个人投资者。此轮出售后，麦格理资本不再持有智联任何股份。
文件显示，Seek此轮增持花费1.05亿美元，其中5500万美元由智联招聘现金支付，另外5000万美元将由Seek通过现金和债权工具支付。
增持后，Seek所持智联股份比例将由原先的55.5%上升至72.3%。Seek在文件中披露，公司可能另外购买更多股份，其所持智联股份比例最高可达79%。
Seek的2011年财报显示，智联招聘在2011年扭亏为盈。(云芳)
