[unable to retrieve full-text content]　　C114讯 北京时间3月26日上午消息(张月红)据印度《经济时报》报道，爱立信起诉印度本土手机制造商Micromax专利侵权，索赔10亿印度卢比(约1840万美元)。

　　爱立信向印度德里高级法庭提交了诉讼，同时表示，在历经三年的标准关键专利谈判失败后，才将对方诉上法庭。
