世纪互联新增269万股员工股票激励

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间4月3日晚间消息，世纪互联(Nasdaq:VNET)今日在提交给美国证券交易委员会(SEC)的FORM S-8文件中称，作为股权激励计划的一部分，将新增268.6965万股A股普通股用来激励员工。
　　根据2010年公布的股权激励计划，世纪互联当前用于奖励员工的股票数量为3658.5630万股。此次新增268.6965万股后，用于奖励员工的股票总量达到了3927.2595万股。
　　对于此次新增的这268.6965万股A股普通股，世纪互联预计每股最高发行价格为1.55美元，合计总价值约为416.479575万美元。(李明)
