思科3.1亿美元收购无线技术供应商Ubiquisys

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间4月3日晚间消息，思科周三宣布，将以3.10亿美元的价格收购英国微基站(small-cell)技术供应商Ubiquisys。
　　Ubiquisys是一家私人控股企业，总部位于英国斯文顿(Swindon)，主要提供智能 3G和LTE微基站技术，以确保不同移动网络之间的无缝连接。思科周二表示，将以价值3.10亿美元的现金和员工留任激励计划收购Ubiquisys。
　　除了Ubiquisys，思科今年1月已经在移动通信领域进行了两起并购，分别是4.75亿美元收购以色列网络优化软件厂商Intucell，以及收购丹佛政策管理解决方案供应商BroadHop。
　　Ubiquisys的微基站技术可以确保运营商的服务在3G、LTE和WiFi网络上无缝连接，其客户包括T-Mobile、谷歌、法国第二大运营商SFR和软银等。
　　Ubiquisys创建于2004年，目前已融资约8100万美元，主要投资者包括Advent Venture Partners、Accel、Atlas Venture Partners和Yasuda Enterprise Development等。
　　思科表示，交易完成后，Ubiquisys将被整合到思科微基站技术事业部。(李明)
