雅虎收购法视频网站交易或破产：高层存分歧

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间4月5日晚间消息，美国科技博客BusinessInsider周四援引知情人士的消息称，由于雅虎高层存在分歧，雅虎收购法国视频网站Dailymotion交易或流产。
　　上个月有报道称，雅虎正与法国视频网站Dailymotion谈判，计划以2亿美元的价格收购后者75%的股份，为其估值约3亿美元。
　　但知情人士周四称，由于雅虎CEO玛丽莎·梅耶尔(Marissa Mayer)和COO(首席运营官)亨利克·德·卡斯特罗(Henrique De Castro)意见不合，这笔潜在交易可能流产。该知情人士称，卡斯特罗支持这笔交易，但梅耶尔却持怀疑态度，使得卡斯特罗面临诸多障碍。
　　该知情人士还称，Dailymotion对这笔交易的推迟感到沮丧，但目前已经有新的竞购者出现，具体身份尚不明确。
　　调研公司ComScore数据显示，雅虎是美国第五大视频网站，全球第八大视频网站。如果成功控股Dailymotion，雅虎全球视频用户数量将几乎翻番，从1.19亿增至2.3亿。
　　Dailymotion是全球最受欢迎的视频网站之一，所有者是法国电信旗下的Orange品牌。Orange当初以1.7亿美元收购了Dailymotion，Dailymotion的编辑和管理团队均独立于Orange运营。(李明)
