　　新浪财经讯，北京时间4月2日晚间消息 周二，瑞银(UBS)分析师给予Groupon"卖出"初评，目标价4.4美元。受消息影响，Groupon股价大跌7%，至5.54美元。
　　瑞银认为Groupon商业模式是未经验证的，且该公司正在经历一个管理变革期。上周五，该公司刚解雇前CEO Andrew Mason。(安特)
