TheStreet将淘米评级调高至持有

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间4月3日晚间消息，美国评级机构TheStreet Ratings今日发布投资报告，将淘米股票(NYSE:TAOM)评级从"卖出"调高至"持有"。
　　以下为报告内容摘要：
　　淘米的强劲表现体现在多个方面，如强劲的营收增长、稳定的财务状况，以及合理的债务水平等。但与此同时，我们也注意到了淘米的不足，如令人失望的股票表现，以及微弱的每股摊薄收益涨幅。
　　1)营收涨幅远高于1.8%的业内平均水平。与2011财年第四季度相比，淘米2012财年第四季度营收增长了13.1%。
　　2)淘米没有债务，权益负债率为0，这是相对积极的一面。速动比率(quick ratio)维持在4.69，意味着淘米能够满足短期的现金需求。
　　3)与互联网软件与服务行业其他公司及整个市场相比，淘米的股本回报率不及行业平均水平及标准普尔500指数的表现。
　　4)2012财年第四季度，淘米每股摊薄收益同比显著增长。但近期表现欠佳，我们预计淘米每股摊薄收益将出现下滑。
　　5)与一年前相比，淘米股价表现较差，下滑了27.60%，不及标准普尔500指数的表现。当然，这与市场整体趋势有直接关系。对于潜在投资者而言，这却是个好机会。但由于其他方面的担忧，我们认为此时还不是买入良机。(李明)
