Windows 8.1有可能恢复开始按钮。这个按钮此前在Windows 8中遭弃用，引发广泛争议。
　　新浪科技讯 北京时间4月23日早间消息，据美国科技博客TheVerge报道，知情人士透露，微软正准备在Windows 8.1中重新使用"开始"按钮。这个按钮此前在Windows 8系统中遭弃用，此举当时曾引发广泛争议。
　　据悉，微软将在Windows 8.1系统中重新加入"开始"按钮，点击后可直接打开"开始屏幕"(Start Screen)，所以，它并不是传统意义上的"开始菜单"(Start Menu)。另有消息称，这个"开始"按钮与现有Charm边栏的微软旗帜几乎一模一样。
　　还有报道称，微软将在Windows 8.1系统中增加一个选项，允许用户直接进入传统Windows桌面环境。大多数Windows 8.1内部版本中并不包括"开始"按钮或启动到桌面选项，但据称微软正在探寻将这些功能加入Windows 8.1的办法。美国科技资讯网站ZDNet记者之前透露，微软将在Windows 8.1中恢复使用"开始"按钮以及启动到桌面选项。
　　微软在Windows 8中弃用传统的"开始"按钮曾引发了巨大的争议。用户对微软此举的反应各有不同。目前，替代"开始"菜单的Pokki及其他类似工具的下载量仅为150万次，这表明Window 8用户仍然需要"开始"按钮和"开始菜单"。
　　微软之前表示，Windows 8操作系统之所以弃用"开始"按钮，是基于其"消费者体验改善计划"数据得出的结论，但业内人士认为，这个按钮在Windows 8.1中的回归，应该也是基于用户的反馈。"开始"按钮可能会出现在即将面世的Windows 8.1公共预览版本中。(清辰)
