　　诺基亚Lumia 620配备了一块3.8英寸ClearBlack显示屏，分辨率为800x480。硬件方面其搭载主频为1GHz的高通骁龙S4双核处理器，Adreno 305 GPU，内置512MB RAM、8GB ROM，支持microSD卡扩展。该机还配备了500万像素LED闪光灯摄像头，最高支持720p视频摄录。同时支持NFC近场通信、蓝牙3.0、3G网络等，标配1300毫安时锂电池。
