阿里巴巴集团获九家银行80亿美元贷款

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间5月2日下午消息，据《华尔街日报》中文版报道，一位知情人士周四透露，阿里巴巴集团已从九家银行获得总计80亿美元的贷款。
　　这位知情人士称，阿里巴巴集团已于4月30日达成了贷款协议。提供贷款的这九家银行分别是澳新银行、瑞士信贷集团、花旗集团、德意志银行、星展集团、汇丰控股、摩根大通、摩根士丹利和瑞穗实业银行。
　　该人士称，这笔融资包括三部分，一笔25亿美元的3年期贷款、一笔40亿美元的5年期贷款以及一笔15亿美元的3年期循环信贷安排。
　　阿里巴巴集团此次举借贷款的目的是对现有债务进行再融资，并筹措更多资金。目前银行家们正翘首以待阿里巴巴集团的首次公开招股(IPO)，这笔募股交易可能使该公司的价值至少达到数百亿美元。其他知情人士称，参与此次贷款安排的九家银行正努力深化与阿里巴巴集团的关系，希望能够在IPO交易中发挥主要作用。
