消息称雅虎仍在考虑另外两起并购交易

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间5月27日晚间消息，虽然雅虎CEO玛丽莎·梅耶尔(Marissa Mayer)上任还不到一年，但雅虎已经进行了12起并购交易，而且还有几起正在谈判中。
　　上周末有消息称，雅虎已提出以6亿美元至8亿美元的价格收购视频网站Hulu。自梅耶尔于去年7月出任CEO以来，雅虎已进行了11起小规模并购，以及一起大规模并购，即上周一以11亿美元收购轻博客网站Tumblr。
　　尽管如此，雅虎似乎并未停止收购步伐。另据美国科技博客AllThingsD周日报道称，雅虎仍在考虑另外两起并购交易。其中一家是移动公司，另一家是通信公司，这两笔交易的规模在1.5亿美元至2亿美元之间。
　　业内人士对此表示，雅虎当前有许多内容需要消化，在整合新并购公司的同时，如何令雅虎重新振作值得关注。知情人士称，梅耶尔目前更多地关注雅虎对Tumblr的整合，以及其他有助于加强雅虎关键产品的并购。(李明)
