欢聚时代任命邓元]和季卫东为独立董事

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间5月24日晚间消息，欢聚时代(Nasdaq:YY)今日宣布，已任命两位新独立董事加入公司董事会，从而进一步强化了董事会的独立性。该任命已于2013年5月23日生效，经过此次任命，公司董事会成员中大部分为独立董事。
　　此次，欢聚时代任命季卫东(Weidong Ji)为独立董事，兼审计委员会成员；任命邓元鋆(David Tang)为独立董事，兼任薪酬委员会成员。与此同时，公司非独立董事亚历山大·哈提根(Alexander Hartigan)已离职。
　　季卫东是摩根士丹利前知名分析师，而邓元鋆是诺基亚前全球副总裁。经过此次调整，欢聚时代董事会现由9名董事组成，其中大部分为独立董事。公司审计委员会和薪酬委员会均由3名成员组成，且均为独立董事。(李明)
