英国通过新法案 无主摄影作品可免费商用

英国无主摄影作品可免费商用
　　英国政府通过"Enterprise and Regulatory"改革法案，允许企业商业利用所谓的"孤儿作品"——即创无主作品。由于互联网上的大多数数字图像都属于"孤儿作品"——元数据缺失或被删除。新法案意味着它们自动进入了公有领域，可被企业自由使用。
　　照片分享社交网站Instagram去年曾对其知识产权政策做出重大调整，使得该公司可在不通知用户的前提下出售已公开照片(后在用户抗议下做出改变)。为了识别一幅照片的所有者，使用者只需在网上进行"数字搜索"，如果找不到即可免费使用。
