诺基亚在美国指控HTC侵犯三项专利

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间5月24日下午消息，诺基亚周四在美国一家法院对HTC提起诉讼，指控这家台湾智能手机厂商侵犯其三项专利，并要求获得赔偿。
　　根据诺基亚提交的法律文件，这三项专利涉及"用于与信号标签交互的终端、方式和计算程序产品"。诺基亚在文件中称，包括One系列在内的多款HTC产品侵犯了这些专利。
　　多年来，诺基亚与HTC在全球多个国家大打专利战，相互指控对方侵犯了自己的专利。此前，诺基亚分别在德国、美国和英国，对HTC提出了专利侵权诉讼，双方各有胜负。
　　针对诺基亚在美国提出的最新专利诉讼，HTC周五在一份声明中称，"一旦收到官方文件，HTC将考虑采取一切必要法律手段，维护我们的权益。"
　　诺基亚暂未对此发表评论。(扬帆)
