云南安宁撤销"口罩实名制"

《南方都市报》报导，5月21日云南昆明市下辖的安宁市发出了《关于加强对各类口罩销售监管工作的通知》，要求口罩经营户销售各类口罩须执行实名制购买登记，实名制购买登记应详细记载购买者的姓名、身份证号码、购买口罩的类型、数量、购买日期，未按照通知要求执行的，将进行处罚。有推测认为此举或与最近引发争议的昆明炼油项目有关，因为炼油基地就在安宁，并曾引发部分市民戴口罩表示反对。昆明市民接连在5月4日和16日发起大规模游行，抗议中国石油旗下企业拟在当地兴建PX石化工厂。5月25日，安宁市政府官方微博宣布撤销通知。
