河北省平山县两河村发生两名女童误食毒奶死亡事件，经查是当地两所幼儿园因招生引发嫌隙，其中一家幼儿园园长心生报复，用注射器将毒鼠强注射到酸奶中，派人将其和拼音本等物装在一起，于4月24日早晨放到了死亡女童所在幼儿园的上学路上。平山县两河乡两河村，村中有两家幼儿园。一家名为两河中心幼儿园，另一家叫平安幼儿园，相隔不到一公里。村民任书婷家距两河中心幼儿园很近。她带着五岁孙女与六岁外孙女上幼儿园，途中在路边捡到装有酸奶与文具的白色塑料袋，就带回放在家里，结果孙女在喝了之后双双中毒身亡。
