　　C114讯 北京时间6月24日消息(yoli)据路透社报道，和记电讯(Hutchison)本周一发表的一份声明表示，西班牙电信(Telefonica)已经同意向和记黄埔(Hutchison Whampoa)旗下公司3爱尔兰以7.8亿欧元(约合10亿美元)的价格出售其爱尔兰子公司02。
　　声明还称，这项交易还有待监管机构的批准，其中包括在完成约定的财务目标后的一份额外的7000万欧元的延期付款。
