8亿7000万像素超级相机 高三米重三吨

"Hyper Suprime-Cam"(HSC) 的超级相机
　　这一台名叫"Hyper Suprime-Cam"(HSC) 的超级相机，高三米，重三吨，在158cm高的女性旁边比较，就如上图般的样子。它是由日本国家天文台与国际学术及工业组织合作制做，是8.2米的Subaru Telescope (すばる望远镜)上的数码相机。
　　相机组件包括镜头、滤镜、快门及感光元件。感光元件由116块CCD组成，共8亿7000万像素，放置于一个焦平面上，并保持温底低至-100℃。另外最前方的巨型镜片直径达82cm，而镜筒则长165cm。
　　最前方的镜片名叫"Wide Field Corrector"，由佳能制造，据称是目前世上同类型镜片中最锐利的一块。
"Prime Focus Unit"(PFU)的对焦系统，极度精细，由三菱开发，这台重达三吨的相机

　　以下则是称为"Prime Focus Unit"(PFU)的对焦系统，极度精细，由三菱开发，这台重达三吨的相机，可以低至1-2微米程度来调整对焦，即是人类头发的大约1/100宽度。
