《华尔街日报》引用知情人士的消息称，Facebook正在开发一款类似 Flipboard 的移动新闻产品。内部代号Reader的服务为移动设备量身定做，展示来自Facebook用户和出版商的内容。该项目的开发已经持续了一年多，旨在展示新闻内容。目前尚不清楚Facebook如果打算推出这项产品的话会选择什么时间，这个项目意味着该公司试图增加用户利用移动设备使用Facebook的时间以及浏览的广告数量。
