检方反驳聂树冰案疑似真凶供述



欧野 写道 "2005年1月，河北省广平县人王书金在河南被警方抓获后供述自己做下的案件包括"1994年石家庄西郊玉米地奸杀案"，而该案"凶手"聂树冰已经在1995年被处决。2007年邯郸市中级人民法院王书金做出一审死刑判决，王书金不服，提起上诉，主要理由是"检方未起诉他在石家庄西郊玉米地的一起奸杀案。"河北省高级人民法院依法受理并曾进行了二审开庭，6月25日，该案二审再次开庭。对王书金的上诉，河北检方表示"关键情节上存在重大差异"，重大差异为：1、王仅供述奸杀情节，没有提到被害人颈部缠着花衣；2、王供述杀人方法是先掐脖子再用脚踩胸，而被害人实际是窒息而死，身上没有骨折；3、作案具体时间不符；4、王估计的被害人身高和实际不符。 本次开庭，河北省外媒体不准旁听。"
