淘宝网提高手机类目保证金：1000元升至万元

　　新浪科技讯 7月5日下午消息，淘宝网将于今年8月调整手机商品类目的保证金金额。届时，淘宝网全网手机类目的统一冻结保证金由原先的1000元提高至一万元。
　　保证金是淘宝网为防范卖家不正当交易行为而预收的费用。目前，淘宝网的手机卖家每年需缴纳1000元的保证金，当卖家出现诸如卖假货等问题需要向顾客赔偿时，赔偿费用就会从保证金中扣除。
　　淘宝网表示，淘宝手机商品客单价(一笔订单价格)均价在1400元以上，原有的基础保证金1000元已经无法满足消费者的保障需求。
　　手机市场一直淘宝平台最为活跃的市场之一，但在活跃市场的背后，也存在诸多的问题。例如，一些商家通过好评返现、诱导买家走线下退货、诱导提前确认收货等手段欺诈消费者。
　　因此，淘宝网计划在8月中旬提高手机类目的保证金标准。8月底，未如期缴纳一万元保证金的卖家的所有手机会被下架处理。(李云)
