波士顿大学起诉苹果公司侵犯专利权

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间7月3日晚间消息，波士顿大学昨天向美国马萨诸塞州地方法院提起诉讼，指控苹果公司iPhone 5、iPad以及MacBook Air侵犯其专利。据称，苹果公司这些产品使用了该大学1997年申请的高度绝缘单晶氮化镓薄膜专利所涵盖的技术。
　　波士顿大学控诉称："被告的侵权行为已经并将继续对我校造成无法弥补的巨大损害。"
　　文件显示，这项专利的发明人为计算机工程教授西奥多·D·摩斯塔卡斯。《波士顿先驱报》(Boston Herald)称，该校在针对三星和亚马逊的案件中也使用了该专利，并计划在苹果公司的这起案件中"举证至少有一家其他公司为该专利支付了许可费。"
　　某家科技公司目前向该校支付的许可费不得而知，但分析师罗杰·凯(Roger Kay)表示，胜诉一件案子，该校可获得7500万美元左右的赔偿。(达西)
