苹果公司CFO奥本海默减持套现1637万美元

　　新浪科技讯 7月27日下午消息，国外媒体报道称，苹果公司周二发布第三财季财报后，苹果公司高级副总裁兼首席财务官彼得·奥本海默(Peter Oppenheimer)周三即减持37172股苹果公司股票，当时苹果公司股价为440.31美元，奥本海默套现达1637万美元。
　　据报道，这一消息出自苹果公司提交给美国证券交易委员会的一份文件，而奥本海默是按照SEC Rule 10b5-1中关于内线交易的规定减持股份的。
　　目前奥本海默还持有4834股普通股，按照苹果公司股价440.99美元计算，剩余股票价值约为213万美元。如果奥本海默继续在苹果公司任职，他将在2016年3月再获得7.5万股股票。
　　奥本海默减持苹果公司股票已不是首次，早些时候奥本海默就曾套现37828股苹果股票，价值为1564万美元。
