　　韩国ETNews网站报道，苹果第二代iPad mini屏幕供应商将用三星生产，而不会继续采用友达光电(AU Optronics)，或许是因为友达光电正面临生产问题。
　　现在iPad mini的屏幕用的是友达光电(AU Optronics)，LG和夏普的。目前确认夏普将成为下一代iPad mini的屏幕供应商，因为夏普是唯一能生产低能耗氧化物半导体面板的厂商。

　　有消息称三星已经开始为苹果iPad mini提供屏幕样品，并有可能获得大批订单。虽然三星有可能你成为下一代iPad mini的屏幕供应商，但是 并不确定iPad mini二代会采用Retina屏幕。虽然三星和苹果之间有不愉快的专利官司，但是三星依旧是苹果重要的供应商品牌。
