苹果就和硕联合虐待劳工的报告作出回复

据外媒AllThingsD报道，美非盈利组织China Labor Watch（中国劳工观察）周一发布报告称，苹果中国代工厂和硕联合，在工作环境和安全保护等方面存在违规行为，此外还有扣缴职工工资以及提供恶劣生活条件等虐待劳工的行为。
如果上述内容属实，指控中提到的行为也违反了中国的法律及苹果的供货商条款。
在上述报道发布后，苹果于周一作出以下回复：

"苹果公司致力于在供应链中提供安全、公平的工作条件。我们以深远且专业的监督、最透明的报告，以及能帮助劳工丰富生活的教育计划来领导这个产业。苹果是首个，也是唯一一个对公平劳工协会（Fair Labor Association）作出承诺的科技公司，我们致力于保护每一个工作在我们供应链环节上的职工。"
