索尼拒绝激进股东勒布分拆娱乐部门提议

网易科技讯 8月6日消息，据路透社报道，索尼今天拒绝了来自激进股东丹尼尔•勒布（Daniel Loeb）分拆公司娱乐业务一部分的提议。

5月，勒布旗下的对冲基金Third Point提议索尼出售五分之一的娱乐部门（电影、电视和音乐），从而获得振兴电子业务所需的现金。
 "索尼的董事会成员一致决定，100%保留我们的娱乐业务是最好的选择，且是索尼战略不可或缺的一部分。"索尼在致Third Point的信件中表示。
持有索尼约7%股权的勒布称索尼娱乐部门管理不善。
《日经新闻》上周报道称，索尼的董事会预计将会拒绝勒布的提案，董事们认为，维持与其娱乐部门的联系会让索尼更具竞争力。(乐邦)
