最大比特币交易平台Mt.Gox最近一段时间麻烦缠身，先是遭遇DDoS，然后是Dwolla移动支付账户被扣，接着是暂停美元提款。现在它总算能扬眉吐气了。Mt.Gox宣布升级交易引擎Midas，新引擎能处理每秒超过50万笔交易。Mt.Gox还与CDN服务商Akamai达成合作，通过Akamai部署在全球数以千计的服务器，更快的响应客户请求，改进性能和交易速度。尽管如此，由于银行方面的原因，存取款处理仍然需要花最多十天时间。
