时代华纳有线6亿美元收购光纤网络DukeNet

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间10月7日晚间消息，时代华纳有线电视公司(Time Warner Cable)周一宣布，将以6亿美元现金收购光纤网络提供商DukeNet Communications。
　　DukeNet Communications总部位于美国北卡罗莱州夏洛特市(Charlotte)，是一家地区性光纤网络提供商，主要服务于北卡罗莱州、南卡罗莱州和美国东南部其他5个州。凭借超过8700英里的光纤网络，DukeNet Communications为无线运营商、数据中心、政府和企业客户提供数据和高容量带宽服务。
　　DukeNet Communications由两家股东共同持有，其中Duke Energy持有50%股份，Alinda Capital Partners持有另外50%股份。这笔交易预计于2014年第一季度完成。(李明)
