铁总回应淘宝开卖火车票：未授权其他网站

淘宝旅行官网10月25日前后对比图
　　【《财经》综合报道】据人民网报道，10月25日，淘宝旅行低调上线火车票代购业务。对此，铁路总公司的相关人员在接受记者采访时表示，www.12306.cn是中国铁路客户服务中心唯一网站，截止目前，没有授权其他网站开展类似服务内容。
　　淘宝旅行官方首页的左侧面板中最后一条就是"火车票"。点击进入便可预订火车票。整个购买火车票的过程，领取火车票、上车与12306网站的模式基本相同。
　　但目前淘宝旅行官网原本位于左侧面板中的"火车票"已消失，但通过客服电话仍可以接通并订购火车票。
