三星Galaxy Gear智能手表退货率高达30%

据国外媒体报道，零售巨头百思买日前的一份内部文件显示，三星Galaxy Gear智能手表的退货率高达30%，百思买对这一现象表示担忧。

三星在百思买位于美国的大部分连锁店中都设有专卖店，三星会在这些专卖店中为消费者提供产品介绍、试用、销售和售后服务。数据显示，尽管Galaxy Gear的销量还不错，但很显然有不少消费者并不认可这款设备，其退货率高达30%，目前三星已经安排相关人员对出现这种现象的原因进行分析。
分析认为，Galaxy Gear退货率高的主要原因可能是该智能手表所支持的设备过少，Galaxy Gear在发布时仅兼容三星Note 3和Note 10.1，尽管三星已经近日宣布Gear将会支持更多操作系统升至Android 4.3的三星Galaxy设备，其中包括S4/S3和Note 2，未来还将支持更多的三星设备。
