□事件：上周，HTC公司称已对其运营架构进行了调整，其CEO周永明将部分营运职责转交董事长王雪红负责。
□点评：原本计划可逆袭市场的杀手锏产品HTCOne销售并不理想，王雪红选择亲自出马带领自己一手创立的HTC走出困境。之前，王雪红曾多次对外界表示，产品营销是公司的软肋，这次她的介入旨在补齐短板。与国内众多品牌相比，HTC在创新和研发上的技术水平很强，这为HTC扭转困局带来了机会。但是想要在激烈的市场竞争中翻盘，只在营销、渠道方面进行完善或许还不够。   （新吉勒图）
