转基因鲑鱼有望在美上市



好酒好菜 写道 "历经十八年研发后，AquAdvantage salmon——一种转基因"超级鲑鱼"有望在几周内获得美国食品与药品管理局(FDA)批准，成为可在美国市场上销售的第一种供人类食用的转基因动物。AquAdvantage salmon是被植入大洋鳕鱼和王鲑基因的大西洋鲑，生长速度是普通大西洋鲑的两倍。FDA认为这种鲑鱼和普通大西洋鲑一样安全并且对环境无害。不过，反转人士称其为"科学怪鱼"（Frankenfish），他们声称这种鱼会让食用者患癌，并会消灭其它品种的鲑鱼。环保组织要求美国主要零售商拒绝这一产品。 "
