美国进入冬令时 美股开盘为北京时间晚10点半

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间11月4日晚间消息，美国于11月3日进入冬令时，实行夏令时的地方将恢复常规时间，美国股票市场常规交易所对应的北京时间将变为周一至周五22:30到次日凌晨5:00，不再是此前的21:30至次日凌晨4:00。11月4日为进入冬令时后美股首个交易日。
　　3日当地时间凌晨2点(北京时间3日下午2点)美国各地将统一拨表，时钟均拨慢1小时。华尔街(美东时间)与北京的时差将扩大1小时恢复至13小时。
　　2007年开始迄今，美国依据节约能源新法案延长了夏令时制实行时间，开始日期提前到3月第二个星期日，结束日期推后到11月第一个星期日。
　　美国夏时制的实行与否，完全由各州、各县自行决定，不由联邦政府统一规定。目前美国绝大部分地区实行夏令时，美国不实行夏令时地区包括：亚利桑那州大部分地区，但该州东北一小部分使用夏令时；夏威夷州；波多黎各和维京群岛；美属萨摩亚、关岛和北马里亚纳群岛。(立悟/编译)
