暴风影音盗播优酷内容被判赔29万元

　　【赛迪网讯】11月3日消息，日前，北京石景山区人民法院就优酷(合一网络技术(北京)有限公司)起诉暴风影音(北京暴风科技股份有限公司)盗版优酷独家版权内容一案作出一审判决：暴风影音侵权事实成立，判其赔偿优酷经济损失29.2万元。
　　法院经审理查明，原告优酷对《爱的创可贴》、《华丽一族》、《终极一班2》、《赛车传奇》、《源代码》五部涉案影视剧作品享有独家网络版权。被告暴风影音未经版权所有方许可，在其开发的暴风影音客户端上传播涉案作品，已构成盗版侵权行为。
　　据悉，优酷还对暴风影音侵权的其它60余部独家版权影视作品进行了取证，并将逐步提起诉讼。
