苹果又中招 专利流氓称苹果ARM处理器属侵权

据国外媒体报道，Vantage Point Technology公司日前将苹果公司告上法庭，称苹果公司旗下使用ARM处理器的产品侵犯了他们的专利。据悉他们利用了一项 1995 年的专利来起诉苹果，该专利此前曾为 Intergraph Corporation所有。


根据 Vantage 在诉讼文件中的描述，苹果使用 A6、A6X、A5、A5X 以及 A4 处理器的设备都会被卷入这起诉讼之中，即 iPhone 、iPhone 4S、iPhone 4、iPhone 3GS、iPad 3/4 都可能成为侵权产品。
原告要求苹果公司支付专利授权费。另外和其他专利流氓提起的诉讼一样，该诉讼同样也由德州东地区法院受理。最近因为专利流氓，苹果公司频频中招，iPhoto、在线商店的"购物车"功能等都成为这些诉讼的目标。
