谷歌三星等被控侵犯前北电专利

京华时报讯（记者古晓宇）拥有前北电公司专利的Rockstar财团上周向美国得克萨斯州地区法院提起诉讼，指控包括谷歌、三星等在内的多家企业侵犯了其所拥有的专利。

Rockstar是由苹果、微软、黑莓、爱立信和索尼等企业共同合资成立的财团，该财团曾经斥资45亿美元收购了前加拿大电信设备厂商北电网络的专利。此次，该财团利用手中所掌握的专利，对谷歌、三星、HTC等多家厂商提起了诉讼，其中最主要的起诉对象为谷歌，谷歌被控侵犯7项专利，涉及的技术可以帮助搜索条目与相关广告匹配，而这恰恰是谷歌搜索业务的核心所在。
谷歌2011年曾经参与北电专利的竞购，不过最终以1亿美元的差价没能从Rockstar手中夺下北电的专利。Rockstar在起诉书中表示："尽管专利竞购失败，但谷歌已经侵犯并在继续侵犯专利。"
