希捷3.74亿美元收购Xyratex

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间12月24日凌晨消息，全球领先的硬驱制造商希捷科技公司(NASDAQ：SDX)周一宣布，将以3.74亿美元收购网络和存储设备制造商Xyratex Ltd(XRTX)，以加强其磁盘驱动器的供应和制造链。
　　此项交易将帮助希捷获得用于其硬驱动器(HDD)和存储系统的测试设备，以分析和管理网络数据。
　　FBN证券的分析师Shebly Seyrafi指出，此项收购可以帮助希捷将其毛利率维持在27%至33%的水平。
　　随着PC市场下滑带来的需求减速，占据HDD市场主导地位的希捷及其竞争对手西部数据公司一直试图扩大他们在更快和更节能的固态硬盘市场上的占有率。
　　希捷表示，预计此项交易将于明年中期完成，并将使其2015财年营收增加约5亿至6亿美元。
　　Allen & Co LLC在此项交易中担任希捷的财务顾问，瑞士信贷担任Xyratex的财务顾问。(荣荣)
