意大利议会通过"Google税"

意大利议会通过了一项防止互联网广告公司避税逃税的新措施——即所谓的"Google税"——要求意大利公司从本地注册的公司购买网络广告，而不是总部位于避税天堂如爱尔兰，卢森堡和百慕达的公司。Google将欧洲的大部分收入转移到了位于爱尔兰的分公司，然后又将爱尔兰的子公司收入转移到了百慕达注册的公司，因此它在不同国家的子公司只需要缴纳很少一部分的税。公司文件显示，Google意大利子公司去年缴纳了180万欧元的税。而Google去年将近120亿美元的全球收入转移到了在百慕达注册的公司，逃避了20亿美元的应纳收入税。
